About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead growth at one of the most exciting consumer health startups in the market. We’re looking for a data-obsessed, content-savvy Head of Growth who thrives on turning performance data into scale. You’ll own a multi-million dollar budget, drive a high-performance testing engine across channels, and build the next $100M+ consumer health

Who You Are:

  • Growth Hacker: You have a fast, iterative mindset and love running structured experiments to unlock performance breakthroughs.
  • Creative Strategist: You have a sharp eye for content — with a strong POV on what creative will stop the scroll and drive conversions.
  • Data Wiz: You’re fluent in analytics, dashboards, and marketing automation tools — and know how to turn data into action.
  • Client-Obsessed: You instinctively dig deep into customer behavior and insights to build strategies that solve real problems and drive real growth.
  • Quant Education: Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, engineering, statistics) preferred

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8–12 years in growth/performance marketing, with deep channel expertise and team leadership experience
  • Proven Scale: Proven success in scaling a DTC brand — ideally from <$20M to $100M+
  • Deep Meta Expertise: Mastery of Meta and video-first acquisition; you're fluent in CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis
  • Other Channel Experience: You have hands-on experience launching and scaling multiple growth channels beyond Meta — including TikTok, SEO, SEM, influencer, podcast, affiliate, and more.

What You’ll Own:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own the strategy and execution across paid and organic channels to profitably scale customer acquisition and LTV
  • Drive rapid experimentation with a relentless focus on CAC, LTV, and payback periods
  • Build a best-in-class growth engine leveraging insights from customer data, platform performance, and market signals

Paid & Content-Driven Acquisition

  • Be the expert in performance growth — especially on Meta — and lead video-first creative testing in partnership with our creative and agency teams
  • Scale campaigns that convert and resonate with our evolving customer segments
  • Run aggressive A/B testing loops to refine messaging, targeting, and offers

New Channel Growth

  • Lead expansion into TikTok, influencer, podcast, SEO, SEM, affiliate, and offline (e.g., TV)
  • Understand what it takes to validate new channels and how to scale them once proven
  • Own funnel strategy and work cross-functionally to optimize every step from click to retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to build integrated demand generation strategies
  • Write smart, brand-aligned briefs that turn performance insights into high-impact creative
  • Manage external agency partners with excellence and accountability

Reporting, Analysis & Automation

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility and clarity across the org
  • Share insights with leadership to guide roadmap, budgets, and resource planning
  • Implement tools and automations to drive efficiency and speed
