About the role

We know that a strong therapeutic alliance positions clients for the best clinician outcomes–it allows them to talk freely and openly in a supportive, unbiased, and non-judgmental environment. The Matchmaker team partners with our Data and Clinician teams to maintain and advance the business-critical code that allows us to continue matching clients to the clinicians we know will best serve them. Working alongside a dynamic group of skilled engineers, you will be responsible for understanding and navigating the nuances of our matching system, delivering features for the users that interact with this system, and identifying and driving forward improvement to our system resilience and health.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Two Chairs, you will engage in cross-functional work with key stakeholders, implement solutions, and work with your teammates to help our organization and team level up. We move quickly because we know that translates into improving client experiences quickly, and we are strategic about the investments we make to speed up and work smarter.
