About the role
We are seeking Consult Clinicians to deliver thoughtful, data-driven assessments. You will provide high quality assessment services to clients and have the opportunity to incorporate data and technology into your clinical work. Our immensely diverse team of Clinicians offers a highly unique work environment fostering continuous learning and a culture of support and camaraderie. In addition to providing high quality clinical assessment, you will participate in regular clinical meetings, weekly wellness events, monthly professional development events, and have the opportunity for bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration as well as monthly specialized consultation time. We are committed to ensuring our Clinical team has the time and support to care for themselves and develop their skills.

Where you’ll make an impact:
- You’ll work a full-time schedule which includes:
- The expectation of working 40 hours per week
- A caseload of 25 attended sessions per week
- Working hours between 8am and 7pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday
- Be an active member of our clinical community by participating in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly professional development sessions, and bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration efforts
- Practice evidence-based psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), time-limited dynamic psychotherapy (TLDP), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and motivational interviewing (MI)
- Thoughtfully integrate technology into practice, provide data-driven care, evaluate response to ongoing treatment, and modify therapeutic approach accordingly
- Engage in and provide feedback on company trainings and tools to positively impact the clinicians’ day to day work experience
- Communicate with other mental health providers and provide referrals as needed
You’ll be successful if you:
- Have an active Washington LMFT/LMHC/LICSW/LPC license or active license in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD from an accredited university)
- Have at least two years of clinical experience providing consult or assessment services
- Are experienced in practicing with or have a deep understanding of evidence-based psychotherapies
- Have at least 6 months experience providing mental health services via video
- Have an ability to develop differential diagnoses through effective assessment
- Have a desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues
- Have reliable internet connection for conducting video sessions
