- Act as day-to-day point of contact for all community management support
Ongoing Responsibilities + Tasks
Brand Management
Cultivate a thriving Tomorrow Farms/Bored Cow community
- Manage Tomorrow Farms social implementation, primarily LinkedIn, working closely with the Marketing team and Social Agency for copy direction and content creation
- Support driving engagement across social channels, brand partnerships and mission-aligned organizations
- Assist with vetting, planning, logistics and submissions for consumer- and trade-facing events and awards, attending events as needed
- Support vetting inbound partnerships such as influencers, brand collabs, sampling programs, events & sponsorships
- Actively participate in creative team brainstorms to share ideas and suggest activations
- Monitor trending topics & content relevant for Tomorrow Farms/Bored Cow to tap into in a unique, engaging, and timely fashion
- Ensure social media comments are being properly tagged and synthesized via monthly reporting, using Sprout Social or another social management platform for data
- Organize and share social metrics from various sources, e.g. directly from social platform, Social Media Agency, or social analytics tool
Community Management
Fuel the customer communications flywheel with strong content from the Tomorrow Farms/Bored Cow community
- Ensure content (ie. recipes, reviews & brand creative) are consistently included in marketing emails, customer communications, and websites
- Assist with building out email campaigns on Klaviyo
- Oversee user reviews and track review performance and trends
- Support the implementation of new platforms and programs (ie. digital couponing, loyalty initiatives, retail & DTC promotions)
Project Management
Project Manage creative requests and maintain an organized Tomorrow Farms/Bored Cow brand asset library
- Manage and traffic internal creative deliverables: establishing priorities, setting timelines, building comprehensive creative briefs (specs, dielines, file delivery instructions), ensuring timely delivery, communicating with all stakeholders, closing out projects
- Keep all marketing and creative boards updated and organized with the appropriate task owner, timeline, and collaborators (we use Asana)
- Make recommendations to Head of Brand regarding who will execute on creative asks (e.g. internal design team, creative agencies, freelancers) knowing bandwidth and expertise
- Maintain creative drive organization (e.g. ensuring consistent file and folder nomenclature, removing duplicate files and folders, archiving files and folders as necessary)
- Manage a structured UGC & recipe asset library, ensuring that all relevant UGC assets are captured, named, and organized alongside their usage rights for organic/paid use
- Build clear and scalable processes for sharing community assets (ie. UGC, recipes, reviews, etc) with Tomorrow Farms team and creative partners
