About the Job

The salary range for this position is $215,197 to $240,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

• Find and analyze information to determine, recommend and plan a performance improvement initiatives
• Design and modify software systems to improve its performance
• Prepare and review technical documentation, analyze requirements to determine a reasonability of a design within time and cost contstraints
• Develop a software system, testing and validation procedures, and documentation
• Support and coordinate engineers in developing a new projects, ensuring that requirements are met
• Communicate and collaborate extensively with team and cross-team members regarding a current porjects
• Create and participate in a training sessions to share knowledge and educate team members
• Participate in a goal creation and execution for the team
• Mentor lower level engineers
• May telecommute

What We’re Looking For

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar quantitative field and 84 months of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Software Engineer-related occupation
