About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Van Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Atlanta. A dynamic role that combines driving responsibilities and warehouse operations, this position offers variety in your day-to-day work, allowing you to make a meaningful impact both in the warehouse and on the road serving our members.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Starting wage: $20.00/hour
$.50 per hour increases at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years
Our warehouse is located in the Upper Westside, off Marietta Blvd.

General Requirements:
- Transition between driving and warehouse responsibilities as needed
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures consistently
- Support additional operational needs as they arise
- Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions
- A smartphone is required for GPS navigation and route management (phone stipend provided).
Driving Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Ridwell high-roof cargo vans throughout Atlanta
- Complete between 125 - 150 daily stops efficiently and accurately
- Collect members' materials from designated bins at their homes
- Assist with completing remaining stops after finishing your assigned route
- Navigate routes effectively using the provided smartphone apps
- Maintain regular communication with our Driver Support team regarding route timing
- Manage loading and unloading of vehicles efficiently
- Deliver Ridwell bins and new member kits to members’ homes
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with Ridwell members
- Work safely outdoors and in all weather conditions, various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential
- Operate warehouse equipment including balers, pallet jacks, and straddle stackers, with on-the-job training provided as needed
- Prepare outbound shipments accurately
- Other duties assigned as necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid GA driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must own and be able to use a smartphone and Google or Apple maps
- Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email.
- Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position
