We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing Marketing team. What You'll Do:

As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing impactful digital assets across channels, with a focus on email campaigns, social media, and web visuals.
• Creating and building email campaigns in Klaviyo, optimizing for both design and performance.
• Designing web assets and landing page visuals that enhance the online brand experience, while keeping UX/UI best practices in mind.
• Developing original illustrations that reflect REBEL’s bold brand identity.
• Creating animated graphics and GIFs that bring energy and movement to our campaigns.
• Building high-quality designs in Canva and Photoshop to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and e-comm teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.
• Staying on top of design trends, cultural shifts, and how leading brands are leveraging new themes and creative directions, bringing fresh, relevant inspiration to the team.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Strong design experience using Canva and Photoshop (portfolio required).
• Experience designing emails and knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, generate inspiration, and enhance creative output while maintaining a strong human-led design sensibility.
• Hands-on experience creating visual designs for web, such as landing pages, banners, and promotional assets.
• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure designs are user-friendly and engaging.
• Ability to design motion graphics and GIFs for digital platforms.
• Strong awareness of emerging design trends and an ability to translate them into impactful creative that keeps REBEL ahead of the curve.
• A resourceful, proactive mindset and eagerness to experiment with new creative formats
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong typography, layout, and color skills.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Nice to have: Illustration skills, with the ability to create original artwork in a variety of styles.
