We’re looking for a Manager of Brand Marketing to help lead our brand strategy, campaigns, and creative execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye, a deep understanding of social trends, and experience driving both strategy and execution across multiple channels.

What You'll Do:

As Manager of Brand Marketing, you’ll report to the Director of Brand Marketing and lead initiatives that strengthen REBEL’s brand presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize brand marketing strategies across web, social, email, and ads.
  • Lead and manage paid and organic influencer campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support in the approval of creative assets across web, email, social media, and ads, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Manage external agencies, providing direction, feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, merch, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Stay on top of pop culture, social trends, and key cultural moments to inform timely and relevant campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content creation, ideation, and marketing workflows.
  • Oversee PR initiatives and media relations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and working with external agencies.
  • Strong writing and copy skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • Excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for design, with attention to detail across all marketing materials.
  • Passion for social trends, pop culture, and digital innovation, with the ability to translate insights into engaging campaigns.
  • Knowledge of PR tactics and media strategy.
  • Comfort leveraging AI platforms to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
