The Challenge

Certivo is developing a complex ecosystem of AI agents, each specializing in critical aspects of compliance management:

• A core AI agent orchestrating operations
• Document parsing agents extracting vital data
• Regulatory capture agents monitoring evolving regulations
• Compliance evaluation agents assessing product conformity
• Communication generation agents crafting tailored messages
• Observability agents ensuring optimal system performance

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to design and build an intuitive frontend in NextJS and React that makes interacting with this powerful system feel effortless for our users and to use AI tools to help you. We’re iterating on our initial UX every day and we need someone to help put it all together.

The Opportunity

As our Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Craft an elegant, user-friendly interface that simplifies complex compliance workflows
• Collaborate with our AI team to seamlessly integrate advanced agent functionalities into the UI
• Develop interactive visualizations for compliance data and agent activities
• Create intuitive dashboards for monitoring and managing multi-agent processes
• Build responsive designs that work flawlessly across devices and platforms
• Build and work with AI Agents to orchestrate tasks (using popular agent frameworks like LangGraph)

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of frontend development experience, with expertise in React and Next.js
• Excels at translating complex backend processes into intuitive user interfaces
• Is passionate about UX/UI design and creating seamless user experiences
• Has experience working with data visualization libraries and building interactive dashboards
• Is comfortable with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind
• Has a keen interest in AI and AI driven development with tools like Cursor, Github Copilot, V0.Dev, libraries like LangGraph, and UX frameworks like ShadyCN, tailwind etc. We want to utilize AI driven development -this is a must.
• Integrate with backend databases like PostGres on RDS, observability tools like DataDog etc, manage dataservice to frontend integration and AWS components as we scale out the product. Be able to test UX for scalability and security.
• Familiarity with LLM Agentic frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph is a big plus, CopilotKit is also a framework we are using.

Our Interview Process:

1. Initial Conversation: Discuss your experience and our AI-driven platform
2. AI-Enhanced Frontend Take Home Coding Challenge: Implement a front-end feature integrating with an AI API -you will code, put on github and we will review. We love it if you use as many AI driven tools as possible, but we need someone with the expertise and experience to know when to automate and when to dive in manually. We will review and discuss your submission on a call with you.

3. On-Site Visit: Meet the team, dive into our architecture, and participate in a short collaborative coding session (not a test, more of a collaborative brainstorming session), we want us both to enjoy working together.

4. Team Fit and Final Steps: Informal chat/meet with potential teammates and CEO, followed by quick decision turnaround
