We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, connecting various data sources and building effective data reports. This role demands a high level of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, cross collaboration and the ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position reports to the VP, Business Operations.
Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements whilst ensuring data collection aligns with business goals and objectives
- Identify, access, and connect various data sources, both internal and external to concatenate fragmented data sources and ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the collection process
- Write scalable queries in SQL to integrate and consolidate data from different sources to create a unified dataset
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Implement data governance and best practices to maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Provide training and support to team members on data-related tasks/tools and communicate complex data concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Dataiku, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $150,000 - 170,000
