What you'll accomplish:

• 70% of your time will be spent managing a patient panel and performing virtual thyroid patient care
• 30% of your time will be spent on clinical directorship including but not limited to: 
• Manage a team of virtual providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and/or PAs) and ensure clinical standards and patient care needs are being met
• Run quarterly clinical meetings with updates, trainings, changes to process/protocols
• Consult on, develop, and train clinicians on clinical protocols and processes 
• Review real time clinical questions/concerns from the clinical operations team re: refills, labs, and clinical questions from patients
• Build process for quality review of randomized charts, review patient feedback and close the feedback loop with clinicians 
• Partner with operations team to report on clinical outcomes 
• Optimize clinical processes by partnering with clinical operations/product/tech/HR stakeholders to increase the patient experience, operational efficiency, SLA and turn around times, and outcomes 

Ideally you will have:

• you are a NP or a PA
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in one of the following areas: primary care, functional medicine, women’s health, endocrinology, or have dedicated experience working with thyroid health
• Minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers
• Licensed to care for patients in several states

Nice to have:

• Experience managing combination thyroid therapy treatment, Hashimoto’s care 
• State licensed in at least some of the following: NY, NJ, MA, OH, PA, IA, MI, MO, WA, WY

The starting salary for this role is $120,000, depending on skills and experience.

Our compensation decisions are based on role, experience level, and skillset. The range provided is an estimate as of the date the job was posted and is calculated using salaries equitable to other early stage startups similarly positioned to Paloma Health. Our goal is to ensure the majority of our team members are offered salaries that fall within this range based on the above factors. That said, there may be situations that arise where an individual is less, or more, experienced than what is described in this job posting.
