About The Role
Pacaso is seeking a creative and relationship-driven Marketing Lead, Strategic Partnerships and Events to own our strategic partnership program and experiential event strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, launching, and managing high-impact partnerships that provide exclusive value to our owners.
You will also lead the execution of premium marketing events designed to engage high-net-worth prospective owners, delight existing owners, and strengthen relationships with real estate agents in our core markets. This is a unique opportunity to blend brand storytelling with experiential marketing to drive growth and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy & Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Pacaso’s strategic partnerships, from identifying and vetting new luxury and lifestyle brand partners to negotiating customer benefits and perks, and accelerating "Owner Exclusives."
- Experiential Events: Concept, plan, and execute high-touch events (virtual and in-person) targeting prospective buyers, current owners, and real estate partners to build brand affinity and drive referrals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Growth team to ensure partnerships drive measurable lead generation and with the Brand team to ensure all events and partner activations align with Pacaso’s premium voice.
- Marketing Activations: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral for partnerships and events, including email campaigns, web landing pages, and social media content.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and event vendors, ensuring seamless execution and high satisfaction for all stakeholders.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs for the partnership and event programs, tracking impact on brand awareness, owner retention, and lead acquisition.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or event management, preferably within the luxury, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects and external relationships with premium brands.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines and partnership launches simultaneously.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with comfort engaging high-net-worth individuals and industry leaders.
- Creative thinker who can identify unique opportunities to add value to the Pacaso owner experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.
Compensation:
- Around $90,000 with Equity
