About this Role:

Pacaso’s revenue team is seeking an Associate, Revenue Operations to play a key role in expanding our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work directly with the Sr Director, Revenue Operations and Chief Revenue Officer on projects that keep our sales team functioning at the highest level. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing revenue-related systems, deep diving into sales performance, and implementing new processes and policies based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations with a proven track record for driving results.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of new programs, processes, and products
  • Quarterback concurrent projects, maintaining strong communication and documentation
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
  • Become the subject-matter expert and point person on internal sales tools and processes
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on revenue-related processes and systems.
  • Participate in the creation and administration of compensation plans
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure strategy alignment across the organization
  • Drive critical issue resolution and eliminate roadblocks. Serve as the key escalation point for critical issues and initiatives impacting the sales team
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for crew members of all backgrounds and experiences, so they feel valued and empowered

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in revenue operations or a related field, where strong execution was necessary to drive business results. Startup experience, a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field, preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders, small groups, and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation

  • Salary $110,000 with a strong equity package
