Pacagen is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through
biotechnology-backed products built by our in-house research lab. We are actively
incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our
first brand, Pacagen (pacagen.com), helps with allergies to pets and dust that >100K
customers use in our second year on the market. Our second brand, RE:YOU
(getreyou.com), is dominating the luxury haircare market and is already one of the fastest
growing brands ever after launching in July 2026.
We are a venture-funded startup and founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built
and sold nine-figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in
the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars, Imaginary Ventures) and are building a world-
class team together to transform the consumer health industry as we know it.
You’ll have the opportunity to help scale our organic and paid advertisements channels and
partnerships. You’ll assist with the development of Pacagen and RE:YOU’s creative content
across all channels and website iteration. The best candidate will have a proven track record
for clear communication and proactive problem-solving. You will be mentored by and
working directly with our co-founders who built and sold one of the fastest-growing science-
backed beauty brands ever. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-
paced environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing
organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the rest of the team to brainstorm and develop new, creative approaches for advertising that meet Pacagen and RE:YOU’s objectives and goals.
- Oversee development of video content and ads for all Pacagen and RE:YOU’s paid channels using best practices for each platform, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
- Manage large influencer collaborations.
- Proactively stay on top of trends/best practices for social video platforms and develop new creative ideas and approaches.
- Create, edit, and resize video & still ads for different platforms as needed.
- Communicate with the entire team on different creative needs.
- Present ideas on creative strategy and campaigns.
Requirements:
- BS or BA in any field. But a proven track-record of high performance.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Or the willingness to learn them quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Track record of high-quality work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
- Doesn’t take good enough for an answer.
- Constantly trying to improve themselves.
Why work with us?
We’re a fast-paced startup that is delivering life-changing products. We have products that
you can believe in and a team that works hard to make sure that we can get those products
into the hands of the people that need them most. Working at Pacagen will be an exciting
growth opportunity for your career. You’ll get exposure to world-class partners, mentors, and
innovative people from every field.
Why NOT work with us?
You’ll notice that the phrase “fast-paced” is in this job description multiple times. Building an
amazing, profitable company in a few years is not easy and we aren’t here to pretend like it
is (believe us, we’ve done this before). Startups are stressful and not made for everyone, but
on the flip-side extremely rewarding. The best performers get a career boost more drastic
than anything they could imagine, but not everyone is fit for the job.
