Pacagen (pacagen.com) is house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through biotechnology-backed products built by our in-house research lab. We are actively incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our first brand helps with allergies to pets and dust that >70K customers use in our second year on the market. Our second brand is launching in the summer of 2026.

We are a venture-funded startup and founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and sold nine-figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars). We are seeking a digitally-savvy, proactive, and highly motivated individual to join our team.

We are seeking a proactive, passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team and drive key growth marketing initiatives and support new product development. You will have a dual mission to help scale our organic and paid media channels for existing products while shaping new product & partnership development and crafting captivating campaigns to tell their story to the consumer. You will work directly with our co-founders, who built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands of all time.

The best candidate for this role has a proven track record for clear communication, proactive problem solving, ownership, is passionate about improving our customers’ quality of life. Our team is highly collaborative, so a successful team member will lead with curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to take on larger responsibilities as the company grows rapidly.

Responsibilities:

· Lead physical product branding, feature definition, and translation of R&D innovations from the lab for a portfolio of new products

· Initiate product marketing efforts and develop launch campaign plans for these new products, coordinating with our internal marketing team

· Lead supplier partner relationships to establish the supply chain for new products

· Create guidance for our customer support partners ahead of new product launches

· Support co-founders in evaluating new product categories for R&D and potential product development

· Initiate and drive strategic growth marketing initiatives for existing products to support rapid scaling of business

· Adapt and learn new skill sets to make the brand succeed

Requirements:

· BS or BA in any field, with a proven track-record of high academic performance

· 1.5-3 years of consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or another high-pressure field

· Ability to work independently and in a group environment

· Strong attention to detail with proven track record of high quality work

· Clear communication skills

· Strong project management skills, with an ability to adhere to deadlines

· Desire to continuously learn and improve self professionally

· Doesn’t take “good enough” as an answer

· Strong interest and passion for consumer products
