Our first products neutralize cat, dog, and dust allergens in the air and on surfaces, making life easier and more comfortable for people struggling with allergies. We have incredible initial traction (growing at >$5M/year revenue run rate in less than 9 months after launch; trusted by over 15,000 families in North America). We are actively incubating new technologies in the immune and inflammation health spaces.

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team and assist with performance marketing and product development efforts. As a Marketing & Product Associate, you’ll have a dual mission to help scale our organic and paid advertisements channels and partnerships while shaping new products and experiences for millions of customers.

You will be mentored by our co-founders, who built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands ever. You will be working directly with our product manager. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.

The best candidate for this role has a proven track record for clear and creative communication, proactive problem solving, ownership, and is passionate about improving our customers’ quality of life. Our team is highly collaborative, so a successful team member will lead with curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Scale key marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Instagram, and TV.
• Support physical product branding, feature definition, and translation of R&D innovations from the lab for a portfolio of new products.
• Initiate and drive strategic growth marketing initiatives for existing products to support rapid scaling of business.
• Help with individual product supply chain and vendor communication efforts.
• Adapt and learn new skillsets to make the brand succeed.

Requirements:

• BS or BA in any field, but a proven track-record of high performance.
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude (no prior marketing or product experience required, but we need you to have a strong passion for mastering these skillsets quickly).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• Doesn’t take good enough for an answer and willing to go the extra mile
• Growth-oriented mindset, constantly trying to improve themselves.
