We are looking for a product manager to join our growing product team and own our ecosystem integrations and APIs. As the Product Manager for integrations and APIs, you will be responsible for our ecosystem integration strategy. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, customers, partners, and design to envision, define, and deliver integrations into the learning, HR, and collaboration ecosystems of top organizations and help define APIs that enable customers and partners to solve business challenges through integrations.
Requirements and desired skills:
- 2-plus years of experience as a product manager, product owner, technical PM, or in a similar role defining and delivering on enterprise or SaaS integrations (some product management experience highly desired)
- Technical proficiency with experience effectively working with internal engineers and QA as well as customer or partner IT teams. Prior software development experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand API and developer documentation of SaaS platforms and be able to define high-level solutions and requirements for how systems work together to solve customer problems via integration
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric with demonstrable empathy for the problems customers users and administrators face
- Ability to work with customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration and API needs, and to help define efficient solutions to solve core problems
- Experience with enterprise, B2B SaaS, and mobile solutions aimed at professionals, with Learning and Development, HR, or EdTech market and products experience a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and requirements to various stakeholders (from engineering/QA to sales teams).
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Attention to detail with a strong action-oriented attitude
- Ability to weigh tradeoffs and make difficult prioritization decisions based on business value
- Strong collaboration skills including the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and strategy for ecosystem interoperability, including integrations with other SaaS enterprise products and APIs, working with the VP of Product to ensure meeting goals and delivering value.
- Work with customers, partners, and an internal development team to define requirements, design, and bring new integrations to market including integrations with Learning Management Systems, HCM/HRIS, video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.
- Own rollout of new integrations, creating documentation, and working with customer success, support, product marketing, and customers to ensure successful initial rollout, adoption, and iteration of integrations.
- Work with designers to develop the user experience for end-user integrations, such as collaborative tools, as well as admin configuration interfaces for integrations built into the learning experience.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and write detailed PRDs for integrations and integration-related features.
- Collaborate closely with product designers to define solutions, capturing key requirements in a PRD for engineers to implement
- Help triage and prioritize customer issues into development sprints
- Work with solution consultants, account executives, and customer success managers to help explain how NovoEd can fit into the customers’ and prospects' learning and HR ecosystems, and listen to customer and prospect's needs to help advise on solutions that are possible and identify new integration or API requirements.

Salary range: The base pay for this role is between $100k-$140k base + bonus. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
