DIGITAL GROWTH DIRECTOR

Location: Remote
Team: Marketing
Reports To: CMO

Lucky Energy isn’t slowing down. We’re looking for a Digital Growth Director who eats performance marketing for breakfast and understands how to turn creative, data, and financial discipline into relentless growth. This role owns the full digital growth engine; acquisition, retention, paid media, creative testing, and the economics that make it all worth doing.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and execute Lucky’s digital growth strategy across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.

  • Own CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, payback windows, and every other KPI that actually matters.

  • Build and scale rigorous testing frameworks for creative, audience segmentation, landing pages, and funnels.

  • Work closely with creative to develop assets that don’t just look nice, they convert.

  • Oversee lifecycle and retention programs (email, SMS, loyalty) with a performance-first mindset.

  • Identify whitespace, new channels, and growth loops that move the needle.

  • Manage budgets with precision: forecast, optimize, and reallocate capital like it’s your own money.

  • Partner with sales, retail marketing, and partnerships to build cohesive growth playbooks across DTC and retail.

  • Evaluate and manage agencies, tools, and platforms.

  • Turn data into decisions. No fluff. No vanity metrics.

Who You Are

  • 6-10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or DTC revenue roles.
  • Proven track record scaling a consumer or beverage brand.
  • Fluent in creative strategy, media buying, analytics, attribution, and financial modeling.
  • Obsessed with testing, iteration, and measurable results.
  • Comfortable building systems, not just running playbooks.
  • Scrappy operator who thrives in a high-speed, high-expectation environment.
  • You want to build something real…not just manage dashboards.
