About the Role:

We are looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll work on our New Member Team to follow up with new leads, build trusted relationships, and ensure the best experience for prospective members allowing them to access an upgraded, flexible lifestyle. Your commissions grow with every night you book at Landing - no caps, no limits, just pure opportunity!


What You’ll Do:

  • Respond and follow up to inbound new member leads

  • Communicate the perks and benefits of a Landing membership to prospective members, providing detailed information and answers via phone, email, and text

  • New Member Team heavily utilizes inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages

  • Working alongside other teams to ensure members have a great experience


What You Need:

  • Fluent english

  • Superb communication skills, both written and via phone.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule: schedule can vary between 6am - 10pm and consists of 5 working days with 2 days off per week.

  • Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City location.

  • 1+ year of proven exceptional sales experience

  • Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.

  • Be kind, self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets.

  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel.

  • Adaptability to changes.


What We Offer:

  • Salary $15,500 MXN Gross monthly + Uncapped commissions

  • Grocery Vouchers $1500 Net monthly.
