POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Success Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Operations. This role will be responsible for engaging and growing our community of veterinary professionals and ensuring their success while bringing a new therapy to the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, implement, and lead new community development projects
· Train, educate, and develop new Gallant clinics on stem cell trials and products
· Support existing clinical sites with recruitment efforts.
· Develop and implement tailored communication that provides continuous value to your team’s book of business, ensuring retention and driving long-term growth.
· Drive ongoing cadence with customers, cultivate strong, enduring relationships, and understand the unique needs and goals of each client to report on critical metrics and raise awareness and value around Gallant.
· Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to understand client expectations and ensure customized onboarding plans are executed.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach activities and provide insights to optimize future efforts
· Brainstorm and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and promote Gallant’s mission.
· Identify areas for improvement, streamline and automate processes where possible.
· Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred) coupled with three years of demonstrated experience in a similar customer success or client-facing role within the technology, healthcare, or veterinary industry (this role would suit a Practice Manager looking to transition out of the clinic).
· Strong understanding of customer success methodologies, lifecycle, and customer experience principles.
· Experience with CRMs, or automation tools are a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office, teams a plus
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Outgoing, positive and professional personality
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
· A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Remote
· On-site at San Diego headquarters 4x/year,
· Travel to veterinary trade shows and veterinary clinics 30-40% of the time
