Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical background and proven experience in sales operations, with a keen ability to analyze data, streamline processes, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives. This role will be instrumental in driving sales efficiency, optimizing sales processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), the performance of sales teams, and other sales metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand process challenges and develop solutions to address them.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, HR, Business Ops, and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Sales organization’s impact and efficiency
  • Support special projects related to sales operations, such as system implementations, process improvements, or sales enablement.

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations or a similar analytical role, with a strong background in data analysis and sales process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Looker, or other business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Naturally curious and proactive in learning
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $64,000-$80,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
