As Flywire continues to scale the business in China, we are in need of a Head of Education Agents in China to help us build up the local team and develop local agents networks in China.
This position will be in the Education Agent Team (China) in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase user growth, support existing clients, improve retention, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure Edu Agents understand Flywire’s platform.
Job Description
- Assist the Flywire Agents team to liaise and build relationships with crucial points of contact in China.
- Assist and consult on strategic plans for each potential agent partner to maximize user utilization and growth.
- Assist and manage on-boarding process for new agents and partners (f2f or virtual.)
- Present products and services to agents and partners in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.
- Organize materials and attend events and expos where Flywire is present.
- Provide support to existing agents and partners. Be that go to person in country for enquires and questions.
- Manage the effort to increase payer utilization through agents and partners.
- Maintain effective communications across multiple offices.
- Identify new opportunities and work closely with Senior Leadership globally to identify and execute strategies in China.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience in International Education China outbound.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
- Problem solving and project management skills.
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Experience in the higher education industry (helpful).
- Salesforce experience (a plus).
