Job Description

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking an Account Receivable Assistant- who will be responsible for AR and billing accuracy, will provide assistance to customers’ queries and maximize cash flow ensuring an efficient invoice collection.

Key responsibility:

  • Manage cash application and support bank reconciliations
  • Create Customer/ partners invoices based on contractual terms and volumes from various sources
  • Review and manage customer contract data
  • Support collection activities to ensure timely collection of receivables and keep AR agings current
  • Support and manage customer disputes
  • Support month end closing tasks
  • Provide customer support for billing issues
  • Ensure compliance with AR processes and SOX environment

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Solid communication skills both verbal and written to be able to effectively communicate finance needs with internal and external parties
  • English and Spanish. Other language is a plus
  • Natural curiosity and commitment to problem solving
  • Analytics skills and attention to detail, while still being able to multitask in challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and with a global team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • knowledge of Excel is required. Netsuite knowledge is a plus
