Job Description

The opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Payment Operations Associate, Pay-Ins to manage and streamline the payment process in Flywire. In this role, you will work to optimize, fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts, to optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Payment Operations, Payouts and Customer Support Teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and match incoming payments against customer requests
  • Reconciliation of accounting entries for our Global accounts.
  • Conduct daily follow-up with unsolved processing issues
  • Should be willing to support the Singapore desk from time to time.
  • Understand process flow of payment partners and control settlements from our partners
  • Payer KYC
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-making


Our ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years experience in the Banking/Payments industry.
  • Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus
  • An appetite for continuous learning and completing working independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a professional, office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to building processes and identify inefficiencies and potential risks
  • Working knowledge of Excel, online tools (Google Apps, Salesforce, etc.)
