We, at Flywire, are looking for a Partner Relations Consultant - Associate to help us work with Flywire’s various partners in China.

As a Partner Relations Consultant - Associate, you will also assist and work with Flywire’s Teams globally outside of China in optimizing current partner relationships. This individual must be a team-player and constantly want to improve the process.

Key responsibilities

Consult and assist Flywire’s Teams in handling against partner requests
Assist Flywire to liaise with partners regarding foreign exchange conversion funds processed by Flywire’s partners and various receivable reports
Assist Flywire to liaise with partners regarding unsolved processing issues and various ad hoc document and other requests from partners

Our ideal candidate has:

Fluency in Mandarin and English; other languages are a plus
A financial services background
Experience working in a professional, office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to details
