Job Summary

Reporting into the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic projects for an innovative new model of delivering financial planning services. The person who will excel in this role is highly analytical, process-oriented, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

This role is highly visible with many projects executed in collaboration with members of the leadership team, including the CEO. You will develop data-driven insights to identify business improvements and expansion opportunities as well as run point on projects to improve operational efficiency. You will be the connective tissue between the financial planning team and the product and engineering teams and work closely with cross-functional partners in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain proprietary tools and systems to automate and streamline operational processes, fostering scalability and improved customer experiences.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to develop software that incorporates operational consideration that can make our advisors more efficient and our process more seamless for clients
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs across
  • Quarterback day-to-day operations for the financial planning team and support the onboarding of new financial planning advisors to our platform



Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in a highly analytical or technical role in early stage company
  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and identify and solve problems before being asked
  • Experience with CRM automation (Hubspot preferred), low-code/no-code automation platforms (Retool, Make.com, n8n preferred), and data analysis (SQL proficiency)
  • Working experience with data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and increase efficiency in an organization
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and delivering quality results on time
  • Expert in working with large data sets and translating insights into actionable next steps
  • Outstanding communication skills and a history of cross-functional teamwork
  • Previous experience in the financial planning space is not required but an interest in personal finance is preferred
