Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team development

  • Drive Sales KPI results, including AOV, UPT, Conversion, and Customer Reviews

  • Consistently model and reinforce the D.O.L.L.S. Standards through customer engagement and team coaching

  • Lead with accountability, ownership, creativity, and alignment to the company’s Core Values

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, customer obsession, and teamwork

  • Execute visual merchandising and maintain Dolls Kill brand standards

  • Build relationships within the local community through partnerships, activations, influencers, events, and grassroots marketing opportunities

  • Identify innovative ways to increase store traffic, customer engagement, repeat business, and brand awareness

  • Analyze business trends and create action plans to drive profitability and long-term growth

  • Deep understanding of the local market, neighborhood culture, community, nightlife, festivals, music, and events

  • Experience building authentic customer relationships and creating memorable in-store experiences

  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
