Our team is growing quickly and we are hiring across many functions. We are looking for team members who are equally passionate about what we do and excited about joining the Dolls Kill crew.
We are looking for an experienced brand marketer to manage strategy and execution of campaigns for our collaborations program, promotions, email and brand storytelling. This person will be responsible for writing and concepting campaigns that will come to life across all digital (and sometimes in real life) channels. The role requires a deep understanding and thoughtful application of digital content.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end development of impactful storytelling campaigns, from strategic ideation to content/asset creation for key brand initiatives
Launch and oversee all brand collaborations and work with the internal team to ensure end-to-end flawless execution
Manage key promotional events, including brief writing, creative review, change and calendar management, and hindsighting.
Regular reporting and recapping of promotional events, identifying areas of opportunity and sharing recommendations with leadership.[1]
Lead and drive the strategy and stories/storytelling (including brand narrative & value propositions) across our CRM program
Brainstorm with email team to craft compelling, content-forward emails for the brand
Work with all channel owners (CRM, social media, paid media, etc.) to develop campaign plans and asset specifications that will bring the story to life in all channels
Work closely with the creative and creative operations teams to develop customer-facing assets
Champion diversity and inclusivity across every story
Drive content excellence, playing a key role in evolving the stories that we tell and how we share them with our customer
Requirements
5+ years of experience across brand and marketing for a direct to consumer brand
Experience in fashion or e-commerce preferred
Deep understanding of and passion for the brand, our customer and our voice
Proven copywriting skills
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
Passionate about creating compelling customer-facing content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
