We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in Shopify, React, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and other front-end technologies to join our team. About the Position:

As a Senior Front-End Developer at Dolls Kill, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user interface and overall customer experience of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and highly functional Shopify-based websites that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement and maintain front-end components for Shopify-based websites.
Develop and optimize responsive web applications using React, Typescript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Customize Shopify themes using Liquid to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of front-end code.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices.
Perform code reviews as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on Shopify.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Liquid, Shopify's templating language.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other front-end technologies (e.g., Vue.js, SASS/SCSS).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with performance optimization techniques.
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Technical Skills

Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries and tooling
Extensive experience with front-end web app frameworks such as React, Angular.js, etc.
Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications, Single Page Applications, and Accelerated Mobile Pages
Experience with front-end build and compile tools such as Require, SASS, Gulp or Grunt
Understanding of eCommerce development features and requirements including PCI compliance
Knowledge of common security front-end vulnerabilities and defensive coding techniques
