As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will optimize & scale our media spend across digital platforms, help coordinate SEO efforts with product and site merchandising teams, oversee our promotion and advertising cadence for both acquisition and remarketing/retention. Your responsibilities will also include developing a marketing plan and executing a calendar for product focused campaigns on Google/Meta/TikTok and new experimental channels. You have a passion for ecommerce and are a highly analytical person with a growth mindset. You continuously innovate and keep up with trends in the marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of our digital marketing media buys, SEO and affiliate marketing
Optimize the paid media funnel for scalable/profitable performance
Analyze results and return on ad spend numbers weekly and take corrective action where necessary
Identify opportunities to increase ROAS and conversion rates by landing page optimization and new site features.
Own the budgeting/forecasting process for media spend and report KPIs weekly.
Optimize the website experience, landing pages, on-site meta information to improve our organic traffic
Collaborate with engineering team to create automation, improve reporting and attribution for a highly optimized media performance
Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for new trends and propose new paid media investment ideas to fuel our growth
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce in a DTC environment
At least 5 years of experience in prominent media platforms, navigating ad creation/reporting and integration
Advanced knowledge of design/landing page testing, creating and optimizing audiences, troubleshooting advertising pixels
Knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices
Proven experience taking data driven approaches to marketing and media
Roll up sleeves attitude with extreme attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
