Job Description You will focus on the day-to-day compliance operations of our first nonprofit identity network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to regulatory excellence and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, nonprofits, and our partner bank.
Review and clear escalated compliance onboarding cases and transaction monitoring cases, clearing out every case to get to "inbox zero" each day.
Improve efficiency of onboarding and transaction monitoring workflows so nonprofits and payers are verified faster without compromising accuracy. Build systems and processes to handle 1,000 cases per day.
Maintain near-zero error rate in compliance casework (onboarding, monitoring, reporting).
Reduce compliance customer support resolution time by creating documentation and using AI for clearer solutions that scale.
Optimize transaction monitoring processes to flag suspicious activity quickly and escalate appropriately.
Deliver compliance trainings and improve team-wide compliance literacy.
In-person position at Chariot’s NYC office.

Great Communicator - clear, precise written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience working in financial (KYC/KYB, BSA/AML transaction monitoring) compliance preferred.
Experience with building systems, including basic coding, preferred.

Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + Equity Upside.
