Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, BD (business development) Manager passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our business team. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and capturing new business partnership opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem

  • Design and drive comprehensive sales strategies to better support and engage referral partners across all customer acquisition channels

  • Nurture and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers at health systems, payors and employers

  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with various functional areas within Bend, including product, engineering and care delivery teams

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners that showcase the value propositions Bend Health

  • Achieve and exceed new business goals

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts, providing regular updates to senior leadership

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in both the digital health and finance sectors.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

  • MBA, or equivalent master’s degree preferred

  • 7+ years of business development experience with a bachelors, 5+ years of business development experience with a Masters

  • Experience within the Behavioral/Digital Health industry is preferred

  • Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style

  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently

  • Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Organized and excited by a dynamic environment

  • Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
