Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, licensed Clinical Supervisor passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise a growing care team of practitioners (therapists, coaches, and behavioral care coordinators) to deliver expert mental health care
  • Review clinical cases and provide feedback as well as support practitioners in providing family-focused care
  • Support key quality improvement initiatives including ongoing clinical consultations, provider training (proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model), and quality assurance reviews
  • Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
  • Champion our engaged, connected, and team-driven company culture
  • Manage a small caseload in addition to supervisory duties
  • Willingness to obtain licenses as needed (company sponsored)
  • Other supervisory duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • Practicing at the top of your license - Example: LCSW or PhD
  • Pediatric experience
  • 3-5 years experience supervising independently licensed clinicians
  • Flexibility to cover Pacific Time hours until 8pm PT
  • Ability to work 2 Saturday shifts a month
  • Tech-savvy with experience practicing in telehealth setting strongly preferred
  • Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
  • Willing to “roll up your sleeves” and contribute cross-functionally as we scale
  • Prefer telehealth experience

The salary range for United States residents is $80,000-$95,000 + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
