Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Senior Product Manager passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our product team. This position reports to the Head of Product.

What you’ll do:

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in your product area

• Ship products that drive operational efficiency and that users rave about

• Deeply understand and embody the voice of your users

• Communicate and align your strategy across the greater product portfolio

• Understand clinical and operational teams who support our members and develop tooling, workflows, and processes in order to deliver care more efficiently in a high growth environment

• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, especially clinical and operations teams

• Collaborate with your engineering and design team to ensure execution in support of your strategy

Who you are:

• You have 5-7 years of experience managing and developing health tech products, preferably with Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and/or healthcare billing systems

• You have an entrepreneurial sense of ownership of the success of a product with full accountability of outcomes

• You have a passion and experience building 0-1 products and integrating with third party backend systems

• You are a fast learner that can synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy or plan and effectively communicate it

• You have excellent communication skills and can concisely portray complex technical or healthcare topics to diverse stakeholders in write and verbal form

• You have empathy for users and have experience building for clinical and operational user groups

• You can effectively identify and prioritize opportunities to drive impact-oriented results in service of outcomes

• You thrive in high growth, fast paced environments – balancing several priorities and stakeholder groups

• You have managed internal and external partnerships involving backend integrations with third party vendors

The salary range for United States residents is $150k to $170k per year + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
