Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a full-time, Director FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our team. This position reports to the Chief Fractional Officer.
What you’ll do:
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization
Develop and refine the financial model for presentation to investors and other constituents
Develop supply/demand and margin analyses
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial modeling needs and provide quantitative insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Work with large datasets and leverage statistical techniques to generate accurate and insightful financial forecasts and projections.
Assess the financial feasibility and potential risks of new projects, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Create clear and concise presentations of financial analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in both the digital health and finance sectors.
Play an active role in optimizing financial processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide explanations for variances.
Update forecasts based on changing business conditions and market trends.
Prepare regular financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics for senior management.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
MBA, or equivalent master’s degree
Proven experience (7+ years) in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and data-driven decision support.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and the ability to lead the process with a cross-functional team.
Solid understanding of financial concepts, valuation techniques, and risk assessment methodologies.
Proficiency in using financial modeling tools and software
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Previous experience in the digital health, technology, or healthcare industries is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

The salary range for United States residents is $160k to $190k per year + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
