Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time team member passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our team. This position reports into our leadership team.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analyses and data analytics projects/deliverables.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data analytics organization, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

  • Take ownership of data, including the data structures, modeling and process, analysis, and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.

  • Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

  • Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

  • Build one-off analysis and reports for executive team and board reporting.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex data findings.

  • A background in research or a demonstrated ability to conduct research is preferred.

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of data professionals.

  • Familiarity with data transfer and integration tools (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses).

  • Exceptional SQL skills and proficiency in data manipulation, understanding/skills in Python a plus

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing data modeling and ETL challenges.

The salary range for United States residents is $110k to $150k per year + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
